I love this post. I wish more people started here. And I agree wtih you – the left doesn't do itself any favors with the "teabagger" language either. It just reinforces the anger of those who you are calling out here that stand with (and distract from) the right.

To be fair, TEAParty protesters called themselves "teabaggers" first. We smirk because they obviously didn't know what it meant. Then they kept using the term. It's just funny.

As for being fiscally conservative, I'd love to see a post on what your actual beliefs and ideal plans are for government money. Obviously, no government is not an option, right? So, what's the plan and why?

This massive gathering of concerned citizens is far more than a "front" for any political party. This is a real, honest to goodness grass roots movement for less government and more freedom.

Believe it or not, many people (I dare say a majority) believe we are better off with less government.

And speaking of screaming and yelling and not letting anyone have a word in edgewise, how about engaging in reasoned debate using facts and observations instead of just ranting about people who have the temerity to hold views which differ from your own.
