The comment system is hella-rad; I was just looking at this and Disqus tonight to do the same. I see you make your call. :)
Oh yeah, so far I really like it. I can reply to comments via email. Yay!
Oh, and the reason I picked ID over Disqus (for now) is that I felt their site better presented their features before I had to install it, removing it is easy and I still own my comments, and (this pushed me to ID) they support OpenID, and a lot of people who bother reading my blog are LiveJournal users so they already have OpenID.
